Where are you based?
-We are based in Cardiff, Wales, UK. We have our own warehouses and kitchens which are also based throughout Wales.

How fast is delivery?
-You can join a meal plan and get your first order and receive your package within 24 - 48 hours! there are numerous factors such as; dietary needs, supply & demand, how far away you are from our warehouses which add up the time it takes to deliver however, we will get to you as fast as we can!

How much is shipping?
-Shipping is included within our meal plans prices! It's the main reason why we can't lower our prices much further as it is quite expensive.

What dietary needs are addressed?
-We cover a majority or dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, lactose free, red meat free, low calorie and healthy weight gain diets! in the future, possible dietary needs can be added such as halal and kosher foods.

How do you ensure food is safe?
-We separate our meats from any other type of food as well has chilling or freezes our foods before they go for shipping in order to make sure they stay fresh and uncontaminated. Our packaging is light weight but durable and will ensure that bacteria won't be able to travel through. All our fruits and veg are thoroughly washed and disinfected to keep them safe to consume.

Are you eco friendly?
-Yes! we try our best to use fully recycled materials to make our packaging and if not, then our products are fully recyclable. We try to create as little greenhouse gasses as we can and so we re-use clean boxes and only buy/make what we need.

Can I get multiple plans?
-Short answer is no. You can only have one meal plan at a time, however, they are customisable! you can change the meals included in your package to meet your dietary needs. However, individual items/ingredients cannot be changed or swapped. 

Do you work with nutritionists?
-Yes! we work with a vast array of health nutritionist to ensure that the food you eat is good for your body. Our nutritionists cover body growth, muscle building, microbiome maintenance, digestion, and many other areas which are vital to keeping you healthy and happy!

Can prices change?
-Short answer is yes. Longer answer is: it's complicated. We as a business are committed to keeping costs as low as we can but reducing prices further will reduce profit and so the money that goes into buying produce and also for shipping will have to be reduced which is something we wouldn't want to do as it would hurt the quality of our product. However, if we can and if the demand is high enough, some of our meals can be reduced.

Who makes the food?
-Our chefs in our kitchens work to prepare the food, meanwhile we follow different test kitchens for new recipe ideas and to make sure our food is incredibly tasty!

Are you local or global?
-As of now we are a local business and we mainly deliver to places in south Wales and east England. In the future, this can change and we can expand our reach.
